I have been working out pretty intensely to Cathe for the last 3 weeks or so. I've been doing a mix of cardio and strength. What I've noticed about my body is a little mixed. I seem to be a lot more toned looking (less cellulite - hooray!), but my pants have been fitting a lot tighter! Eeek! I have not gained nor lost any weight, so I'm trying to figure out what is going on?!?!?!
Any ideas? Help! I certainly don't want this to continue.
