Thought you all might get a smile out of this...

My dachshunds seem to think that they are my workout buddies...

I have to put up a baby gate to keep them out of my workout room b/c they will try to join in. I usually will let them in during my stretching.
Note the picture of Tucker...

He will literally lay on the mat as I'm trying to roll it up...he's such a little stinker :)

Happy Weekend everyone! I'm just hoping to get through it without anymore SNOW...geez it is SPRING x( I'm ready to plant some flowers.

Chastity, I can sooo relate! My dogs all feel that they should be a part of my yoga poses. When I am doing "downward facing dog", I am literally downward facing a dog and usually getting licked. Now that I moved my workout space, I kind of miss the little wienies. ;)

>Liann, that's so funny b/c mine do the same thing. I swear
>they are really trying to mimick what I'm doing :)

>BTW, you're new workout room is awesome. I wish I had that
>much space for all of the stuff on my wishlist ;-)

Thanks Chastity! By the way, I cannot believe how big your puppy has gotten! He's all grow'd up!

Thanks JJ..I'm a little biased but I do think they are the cutest dogs ever ;-)

As for the "no snow" weekend well I've been telling DH lately that we may just have a long distance relationship in our future. I'm not sure how many more winters I can endure. I'm going to Miami at the end of April for my DB's wedding and I may not come back ;)

Chachi, that is absolutely hysterical! I hope you don't mind - I'm using the top picture (Step-Dog Max) as my new screensaver!

My father and stepmother have a little red weiner-dog dachshund named Gretel, and she cops such an attitude I'm sure she's on the title to the house.

I have to put up baracades also to keep my dog out when I'm working out. As soon as I'm finished Fluffy likes to come in and check things out. I have to get my mat up right away or she's all over it!

Very cute doggies! I just have two little kids who like to climb all over my workout equipment--particularly the 2-year old. He calls my bosu a "bounce" and that's probably his favorite of my toys. He also joins me for stretches and uses my spare mat--he calls it his "magic carpet".

My young cat likes to curl up inside the extra risers and sleep! My very old cat (20 this year!) seems to have an ability to sense when I am doing ab work and will come sit on my abs and look me right in the eyes, like some mean ol' coach!! ^..^

Oh my gosh! How cute! "KING of the HIGH STEP"! I agree, spring can't come fast enough for this other North Easterner! The sun is shining today!

How cute!!!! Mine do the same thing. I have to close the door or they'll try to get on my stomach and sit of I'm doing abs :7 :7

Thanks everyone for sharing your cute stories, it's so funny how they have to be near us at all times...true unconditional love :)
Today I was in childs pose after my workout and Tucker was trying to chew the bobby pin out of my hair. He makes relaxing impossible b/c he's always doing something silly like that.

A-Jock, I don't mind at all, it's my screensaver as well. Step-Dog Max is actually quite a perfect name for Tucker since we've often thought he is part kangaroo. I should let him join in during Cathe's Imax Blasts ;-) I love the name Gretel..so cute :)

Lainie, funny you mention that your two yr old likes your "bounce" b/c when my closest friend comes to visit I can not get her 3 yr old daughter off of my bosu, she loves it :)

Hope your all enjoying your weekend :)
