thoughts...one body part per day rotation with STS

I was curious on anyone's thoughts on using the STS program but still utilizing a one body part per day. Basically it would break down like this:

M-STS chest (following the mesocycles), 30 cardio
T-STS back, 30 cardio
W-STS shoulders, 30 cardio
Th-STS biceps, 30 cardio
Fri-STS triceps, 30 cardio
Sat-STS legs
Sun-stretch/off

I did not know if doing it this way would negate the overall purpose of STS.
Thanks for any feedback

This is an interesting question. I can't think of a reason why doing one part a day would be counter-productive. Possibly it would be better because you'd be coming to each body part fresh.

I did a one part a day rotation a while back, and I enjoyed it. I only did it for a month or so, so I can't say whether it gave me more gains than I'd had doing 2 or 3 day splits, but I definitely didn't lose any strength.

I wish there were premixes for this but Meso 1 & 3 alternate muscle groups within a workout, so it would be awkward it seems to me to do only one muscle group.
