Things are not bad. I've gone through a bout ot ITBS and a really bad flu, but I'm back running and have a 10K coming up next weekend. I'm having fun with my three-month rotation: 1 week full body endurance, 1 week hyerptrophy splits, 1 week kettlebells, 1 week strength splits. Throw in running 3-4 times a week and some extra cardio of other types and it's been a really great rotation.
