I mean really Gayle, you were not involved in the thread, there was nothing directed toward you, yet you felt compelled to jump in w/a nasty, obscene insult. In all honesty, I was going to send you a PM last week to see if we could find some way to make amends (contrary to being a "train wreck" I'm actually in a pretty good place in my life & hate to have hard feelings w/anyone), although I have no idea what I did to offend you personally. But I can't get the "knock it the f*ck off" comment out of my head. I'm always one to forgive & forget when there's an apology, but whether I was out of line or not, you were WAY out of line & still are unable to admit it. It's really astounding, & probably the most hypocritical behavior I've ever had the displeasure to witness.

Regarding the linked thread, yeah, I got tired of post after post after post after post about politics from a brand new member who never posted a word about fitness, or anything else for that matter. And if I remember correctly, that was the thread that Gayle jumped in unprovoked to tell me to STFU. Or, to be more specific, "Laura, shut the f*ck up." Uh huh, THAT was pretty positive! Not to mention very mature.

Maybe if I have the time today I'll dredge up the thread from a few months ago where the two of you totally ripped people apart for their religious beliefs, which is so wrong on so many levels. I'm not a religious person, but I am a "history person" & while it's done lots of bad in this world, it's done lots of good. I would NEVER EVER go there. Your condescending nastiness about it came off just as strident as religious proselytizing.
