The Story Begins—Introducing Cathe's ELEVATED Series! https://bit.ly/4hPDvte

We are so excited to introduce you to the new Lift, Move & Restore 2: ELEVATED! series. This new series blends the functional training fundamentals of the original LMR series, such as strength, balance, coordination, and mobility, but this time we’ve ELEVATED the workouts with increased workloads and greater challenges!
All the workouts in this series were designed to take your functional training abilities to the next level with multi-joint, multi-muscle movements that will keep you fit and ready!

In this first glimpse into the ELEVATED! series, Cathe, Kristin, and Lisa are doing a “wax on wax off” side lunge in the new Elevated Lower Body workout. This movement not only assists in building lower body strength, but is also recruiting the core for stability, and is challenging balance, hip mobility, and flexibility.
Throughout the ELEVATED! series, you will see a wide variety of exercises that, like this one, touch on all different aspects of functional training! There is so much more to come, so stay tuned in the upcoming days and weeks as we share more about each of the new workouts in this series! Are you ready to get ELEVATED!

Seeing what look like some nice, heavier weights in the background there. Of course it's impossible to tell, but they certainly look more substantial than 3-8lber's.
I think she said last spring the series would be using 5-15# Dbs with maybe 20# here or there. The step looks higher (maybe 12") than in LMR1. Looks like there may be floor work with the mat, and maybe with the fabric band. The "wax on, wax off" reference is reminiscent of the "squat on, squat off" move in the step cardio of BB Step Jump and Pump ...maybe the Kung Foo Fighting song will make a reappearance. (That's a fun little step routine BTW). At any rate, I'm happy to see some progress on the series! Thanks Cathe! :)

She's getting me excited. lol The wax on/off might end up being a brain teaser for me. lol I love it when a workout forces me to concentrate. It challenges my brain AND "tests" my form to make sure I actually have good form, even when I'm not entirely focused on it. I hope this move is shown in a video clip soon, because Cathe has peaked my curiosity.
