Cindi...LOL! That you walked out of Glengarry Glen Ross. I actually moved to L.A. from Texas to work in film editing. And was David Mamet's assistant for another film (after he wrote and directed Glengarry Glen Ross). He was JUST like this in person! I had the task of driving him home every night from our post production facility. It was always 20 minutes of THE most awkward silence. Brilliant man...brilliant...but it was a very depressing atmosphere (not just him, but from everyone who worked on the film) and did much to steer me away from the industry as a career choice. I couldn't watch any of his movies because they were either so bizarre or so depressing. I totally agree! I just never got it.
OK...what is the potato chip scene everyone is talking about? I never saw that movie.
