Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm talking about AB and CS.
I've noticed that everytime I do them I feel more and more challenged, as if my body, instead of getting accustomed to them, is shocked by the new experience. Could it be possible? I know I've increased my weights during a couple of cycles, but don't think this is enough to justify such fatigue.For instance, yesterday while doing mountain climbers in CS, I felt my quads burning like never before.Well, the good news is that I'm happy with this sense of challenge, but I don't understand where it comes from.
