I am trying to get some ideas of different healthy foods to eat to incorporate into MY usual grocery list. Come shopping with me! Make a list of just what YOU eat and maybe we can all add somethings to each others list for ideas to create....The "Healthy Grocery List

Protein Bars (any ideas)???
TOTAL Low Carb Lifestyle PROTEIN Cereal (14g of protein/1g of sugar)
Kashi GO Lean High Protein & High Fiber Cereal (13g of protein/6g of sugar)
Tons of Russell Stovers Low Carb Candies made with splenda (so I can feel like I am cheating when I am not) LOL
SportPharma Low Carb WHEY Protein Shake (22g of protein/1g sugar)
Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts (7g of protein/4g of sugar)
American Cheese
Breakstone Cottage Cheese (5g of protein)
Meats including deli turkey and ham
Joint Juice (1500mg of glucosamine)
Romaine Lettuce/tomatoes/lite salad dressing
Fruit: strawberries, honeydew melon, cantaloupe & pineapple
Almonds (7g of protein)
Splenda Sugar for Ice Tea and Cereals
