The scale is up 3 pounds, and my legs are swollen and sore! I guess this is a good/bad thing. That's gotta be water-weight from DOMS, huh?
Yowie. I think I'm just going to do some easy walking today....
I just finished plyometric cardio circuit and all I can say is WOW!! I have some endurance to work up to finishing those basketball drills. I did okay on the first set of circuits. I don't feel as strong working down on the floor in the plank position and had to take alot of breaks. I think this will get better as I build up strenghth and enurance. Does anyone else have a tough time with those drills?
I did the Fit Test, then waited about an hour and did the first DVD, the pylo cardio. My husband said I was nuts to do both in one day, but the fit test was only really 20 minutes.
I usually do swell up when I've worked really hard. And that was HARD.
Wow! You are amazing!I can't imagine doing more cardio after that fit test. It was so hard!!! I did the fit test and then P90X Chest & Back.
