The scale is up 3 pounds, and my legs are swollen and sore! I guess this is a good/bad thing. That's gotta be water-weight from DOMS, huh?

Yowie. I think I'm just going to do some easy walking today....

I just finished plyometric cardio circuit and all I can say is WOW!! I have some endurance to work up to finishing those basketball drills. I did okay on the first set of circuits. I don't feel as strong working down on the floor in the plank position and had to take alot of breaks. I think this will get better as I build up strenghth and enurance. Does anyone else have a tough time with those drills?
 
I did the Fit Test, then waited about an hour and did the first DVD, the pylo cardio. My husband said I was nuts to do both in one day, but the fit test was only really 20 minutes.

I usually do swell up when I've worked really hard. And that was HARD.

I had a tough time with the push ups/mountain climbers. It was hard to go up and down. I love the suicides and basketball drills though.

Wow! You are amazing!I can't imagine doing more cardio after that fit test. It was so hard!!! I did the fit test and then P90X Chest & Back.
MY hubby sat and ate Doritos while he watched me! LOL! Thanks for the support, babe! :rolleyes:

Oh, it got worse....Mr. Dorito said last night...I'm sure it is hard, but it didn't LOOK that hard. WTH!?!? I almost smothered him with a pillow during the night!!! Grrrr!!!:mad:

I just finished Plyo Cardio Circuit. Holy cow!!! I am a wringing wet pile of noodles instead of limbs! Whoee! Shaun is INSANE!!!
