Well....
It's not really a sitcom, but, for me, nothing beats Who's Line Is It, Anyway? I laugh hysterically every time.
Oh, does M.A.S.H. count as a sitcom? If so, that's it!

I'm not a big sitcom person but I loved and still love Andy Griffith! Used to also really like Mad About You.
