I didn't hop around, but I did run 3 miles with my friends this morning. So glad it's the weekend!!:p

Just finished Disc 15 (Back and Biceps) and was happy that I seem to have made some good strength gains since doing this workout last week. I'm definitely ready for some weekend pizza and ice cream!

No hoppin' for me. Going to go do M2 W2 back/bi and then a quick shower and off to my cousin's for a purse party and some food. I'm kinda hungry, after the workout, I'll be more interested in the food than the purses!

Hi Cathe and everyone else. I did some Kick box jumping around after work today.

Gin, I love seeing you post about your workouts. You are one amazing woman.
 
Hi Cathe and everyone,

Today I did HIIT 30/30 and KPC at 4:30 a.m.. Tomorrow I will be doing spin at your gym and STS Meso 2, Disc 21 – feeling strong. I just love STS!

Tracy – I like the MMA boxing. I think I’ll do that on Sunday.

Still recovering from a muscle pull in the back that occurred on Wednesday. I'm much better today, but haven't worked out in 2 days, just to be on the safe side! Hope to get a run in tomorrow.
