Just finished Disc 15 (Back and Biceps) and was happy that I seem to have made some good strength gains since doing this workout last week. I'm definitely ready for some weekend pizza and ice cream!
No hoppin' for me. Going to go do M2 W2 back/bi and then a quick shower and off to my cousin's for a purse party and some food. I'm kinda hungry, after the workout, I'll be more interested in the food than the purses!
Still recovering from a muscle pull in the back that occurred on Wednesday. I'm much better today, but haven't worked out in 2 days, just to be on the safe side! Hope to get a run in tomorrow.
