Tell me which strength video to buy next please

Hi everyone.
I am at a standstill. I have been doing cardio 5 days per week, PH once, and nothing is happening. My diet is pretty good, I have a problem with blood sugar control, so I do stay away from sugars, empty carbs, white flour, etc...I think I need to up the weight training and go in a different direction. The question is: which video do I buy? I would like one that has the total body in one video. I would like to begin alternating cardio and the new tape. I am too broke to buy the new series this month, Son #1 needed a new retainer , Son #2 had braces put on yesterday, and my car needed tires. Please share yor thoughts with me. Thanks!

On a budget, I'd suggest
MIS because iyt is just one tape. Like all Cathe strength tapes, it does not overlap her others. It feels great to do.

I agree with Connie, MIS is an excellent workout to go with - it is a lot slower than PH. They are the only two strength videos I presently own, and they both complement each other during my workout week. It has enabled me to get brilliant definition in my abs (as well as arms and legs) too. I do PH on one day, cardio 3-4 days a week, and MIS. I am going to invest in the PS series in February.
You will certainly get a complete body workout with MIS, and alternating would be a good way to go, too.

Have fun, Dawn - I don't know about you but I love the abs section in PH, my tummy feels great after that :D

Hi Gorgeous Dawn (I saw your picture, and you are beautiful!),

Why not try doing PH several times per week? If you're looking for everything in one workout, you can't do much better than PH. I just started doing it 3x per week. It is the shortest Cathe weight training workout that covers all major muscle groups. And, since you already have it, you can avoid any financial outlay. :)

While saving your money (we've all been there!!!), try doing PH twice a week instead of just once. And really push your muscles, increase your weights if you can.
