Remind your hubby what you'd be like without your daily endorphine rush!! }(
And who cares what it does for the outside? What does exercise and a healthy lifestyle do for your insides?? Endorphine rush aside!
Better skin, good heart, strong bones, able to carry in all the grocery bags at once by lining them up on your arms.... I wouldn't stop exercising for anything.
What I truly hate is when people tell me I don't need to lose weight or exercise or watch what I eat. How do they think I stay this way? Healthy lifestyle equals healthy body, and considering I have high cholesterol by genetics, it's in my best interests to maintain this healthy lifestyle. But dealing with dense people sure does get frustrating. Maximus, I feel your pain!!
When I read the original post, I got to laughing and laughing hard. My husband is in a band and has long hair and many many many men come up to him and tell him that they, too, once had hair that long. :+ That tickled my funnybones.
