Wow, I think I'm a little disturbed that I had absolutely no problem reading that... ;)

Here's just a few places I have been in the past few years:

retarC ekaL
.tM .tS sneleH
.tM reinar
enotswolleY lanoitaN kraP
ehT dnarG snoteT

Are you catching a theme yet? Seems like all of our vacations revolve around volcanoes. I guess Hawaii should be next on the list.

New York City---I've seen lots of stuff, but last time I saw ARCADE FIRE in a very small venue.

Florence and Venice...the usual beautiful stuff!!!

San Antonio...the Alamo and Labron James

London and Avebury...my favorite site was the Avebury Ring.

Ireland...Cliffs of Moher, lots of castles, and I got trapped in a pasture with a bull

Okay here goes:

California, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Wyoming, Colorado, Texas, Iowa, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kansas, Louisiana, Florida, North Carolina, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Maine, Mexico, Spain, Africa, Italy, Pakistan, Thailand, Australia, Guam, Phillipines, China, Japan, Singapore and South Korea...WHEW

I was in the military way too long! :)

ETA: Whoops forgot Utah (where I live), Dubai and Saudi Arabia

In Canada - Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, British Columbia

In the U.S. - Vermont, New York, Pennsylvania, Maine, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, North and South Carolina, Washington DC, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Virginia, West Virginia, Massachusets

In Europe - England, France, Italy (including Sardinia), Belgium, Spain (including Majorca), Germany, Switzerland, Yugoslavia (what used to be, anyway), Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Monaco, Luxembourg, Lichtenstein... I could be forgetting some.

Other - Cuba

I'm not spelling all these backwards :p

Germany (I was born in Berlin)
Connecticut, Massachusets, Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virgina, West Virginia, Washington DC, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado, Missori, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennesee, Ohio (I think this covers all the US States I have been to - there are still a bunch more I'd like to see, like the northwestern states)
Mexico
The Bahamas
Florence, Italy
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Sudbury, Ontario, Canada
Puerto Rico

I think that pretty much covers it. I don't really care for traveling, so while there are a lot of places I'd love to see, I just don't have the motivation or time to actually GO there. ;)

I started to write these backwards, but then my brain almost fell out.

Where I've been:
U.S.
All over the Northeast U.S. since I've lived here my whole life.
Washington (Seattle, Mt. St. Helen, Mt. Ranier)
California (San Diego, Anaheim)
New Mexico (Taos, Santa Fe)
Wyoming (Jackson Hole, Grand Targhee)
Utah (SLC ski areas - Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude - missed Alta for some reason)
South Carolina (Hilton Head)

Outside U.S.
Canada - Alberta, British Columbia, Quebec
Egypt
Costa Rica

I'm going to Paris in April. :D

What is the reason for writing things backwards? A thread for dyslexic travelers perhaps?

I have been to quite a few places, but the last vaca we went to the Galapagos Islands. It was an amazing place to visit!

Kara:)

Gin

OK, so it wasn't the wine I had last night...}( you all are writing backwards...how come?

I have been a few places.

Europe-Amsterdam, South of France, Canne, Paris, Italy.

I have been to Mexico, the Carribean Islands, and in the states, I traveled from Seattle all the way to New Hampshire. So I have been in Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona, California, Oregon, Wisconsin, Maine, Washington DC, Virginia, Mass., Michigan,Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Texas, New England, Hawaii, there are more I am sure, just can't think of them right now.

States I want to visit...Montana, the Dakota's, Kentucky, Tenn. I would love to take a luxury RV and travel to all the states! Wouldn't that be so fun? Take pictures along the way and keep a journal? Wow. I hate to fly, so this would be perfect for me and would satisfy my wanderlust...now if I could only convince DH.:)

I've seen pretty much all of Canada, from sea to shining sea but haven't been north of Jasper Alberta. I've been to Manhatten and driven around Lake Ontario....that's it...kinda boring but my time will come. My 17 year old daughter Marley is in France as I write this and My 18 year old Elizabeth is off to Cairnes Australia for 2 months in April. I'll live vicariously through my kids and travel when they stop frequenting the Bank of Mom:7

Take Care
Laurie:)
