Supreme 90 day: Who has tried this?

Just wondering, it seems too good to be true for $20

Supreme 90 Day System (Supreme90)

I love Cathe, but working up to her collection is putting a dent in my credit card, so I have to be selective. $20 for total body weight training + cardio seems worth it. The Tabata inferno looks interesting too.

If anyone has tried this, or knows of someone who has, please let me know.

Thanks everyone! Have a wonderful day!:)

Update as of Dec 29th - because of all the positive reviews, I decided to give this to myself as a Christmas gift. The gift of health and happiness is one that keeps on giving right? If anyone else has bought this and is starting in the new year, I would greatly appreciate any comments/reviews/tips/suggestions and also how you plan on incorporating it with your Cathe workouts (PM my account). Thank you.

I haven't tried it but I remember when it first came out and it sure created a big buzz on this forum. It got great reviews here. I think collage sells the whole set for 20 bucks!

OOPs just clicked on the link :)

I bought it. I haven't done the 90-day program (yet) but I have done several workouts and thought they were very good. There is a good variety too - no yoga program but many other modalities including Tabata, total body functional training, traditional weight training and cardio. The instructor, Tom Holland, is low-key but he pushes you. He knows his stuff - he is an advisor to the American Council on Exercise (ACE) who administer some of the best-known international certification programs for group exercise instructors and personal trainers.

Definitely for $20 it would be hard to do better than this.

I don't have it (yet) but I saw it at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $9.99!!!! Don't know if you have one of those stores near or not, but thought I would mention it!

I have this set and I really like it. The first chest workout is really fast paced, but that is more the exception, not the norm, for the rest of the series. Even if you only like one of the workouts, it is still money well spent!

And It's $9.99 online too!

Thank you for the heads up. I had my eye on this set for a while, but money is a bit tight. I do not have a BB&B close to where I live, but I found it online for the same price on the website. Now I have to look for a coupon someplace

Hello, I love Supreme 90, I've done it three times. They go at a pretty quick pace, so it's kinda hard to keep up with the participants on the DVD, but I just pause it until I'm done with my reps and continue that way. But for $20.00 it is a very nice set of DVD, a good solid program, Tom Holland is great. I am positive that you will enjoy this workout. I highly recommend it.

I have it, and used it for a few weeks before my outdoor walking season.
I think it's an excellent program, especially for the price.
Very time-efficient, very core focused, nicely balanced.

The only things I didn't like were easily 'fixable,' like the way-too-fast chest/back workout (as I was previewing P90X2, I couldn't help but think that if Tony had been the instructor, he'd have MADE the participant listen to him and slow down!) that I 'fix' by rewinding several times; the lack of chaptering (which makes it necessary to pause or rewind instead of back-chapter); some of the backgrounders (one woman in the warm-up looks like she's bored to tears and would rather be having a root canal, and the camera focuses on her several times).

Some people didn't like the warm-ups, which are the same for most of the workouts, because they contain different types of moves, but I really liked them, and some of the moves helped me with some lower-back pain I'd been having at the time. I've also seen them in info by fitness pros trained by NASM.

I've had the set for a while now. I've never done the rotation as written but have atleast TRIED all of the work outs. They are all very good. Most of the weight training is done at a pace that is too fast for me but like another poster stated, I just pause the dvd until I am ready to move on. Tabata Inferno is one of the 2 cardios in this set and it is a great work out! TOUGH STUFF!

I have to buy it now!

Been mulling it over for a while, and since you can't beat the price, I'll head over to BB&B and get me one!

I tried the entire rotation and saw great results but ended up with tendonitis is my left shoulder from lifting heavy and fast. I recommend slowing down. They are great workouts otherwise. I cant believe they did that heavy with that pace.

Just reiterating what the other gals have said...what you get for the $ is an incredible deal & the workouts are VERY fast paced. I think I had to pause all the weights w/o's to catch up. I followed the rotation as it was set up and got pretty good results. One of my favorite things about it though is the meal plan that comes w/ it. I go back to it from time to time when I need to tighten up the eats and it always gets me back on track :)

Sounds good, even with international shipping charges! I've just bought it on Ebay.

Wow, LIS & this too....I'm going to be SSSOOOOOOOO fit in2012!

cheers Rosemarie

I've only done the tabata workout, which I thought was good, not as hard as reach less body, but still hard and more enjoyable.

Thanks for the heads up on the speed of the weight workouts...good to know in case I et the chance to add them to a rotation.

Thanks for all the input everyone! I am definitely getting this one ;)

Sucks I can't get the $9.99 deal. We don't get discounts like that in Canada. Might as well live in Siberia......

Where do you get the coupons? I remember seeing an ad for BB&B when the store near me first opened, and on the back they would have $5 off a purchase of $15 or more, but I don't even think I get those anymore...

ETA: Nevermind lol! I just found it and got one!
