Suggestions for adding extra leg day?

Hi! Does anyone have any suggestions for adding an extra leg day to sts? I really feel that I need more than one workout per week on my legs but I'm not sure how to schedule it to avoid over training. My cardio will be mostly spinning which can also be fatiguing on the legs. Any thoughts?
 
I want to add an extra leg day too but based on time restraints and intensity of the STS workouts I'm going to add LowMax instead of a strength workout. The drills are killer as far as I can remember. I'm also adding a kickboxing workout so I think I've got the legs covered. I plan fitting LM in between the 2 upper body workouts in Meso 1 which I start tomorrow.

My STS days are Tues/Thurs/Fri(so I do STS legs on Friday) and I add a leg day on Mondays. I usually do either Butts & Guts/Gymstyle/Legs and Glutes/Leaner Legs(I rotate). I also add a short leg segment on Wednesdays(either floorwork or something with no weight). I felt the same way about doing legs once a week and my cardio is running.
 
This is how I do it

Sunday: Chest/Shoulders/Biceps
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Back/Triceps
Wednesday: Cadio
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Plyo Legs
 
I would do this:
Day 1: leg workout 1
Day 2: upper body workout 1
Day 3: cardio
Day 4: leg workout 2
Day 5: upper body workout 2
Day 6: cardio
Day 7: off

You could do one of the plyo leg workouts from Meso 3 as the extra leg day, or do a floor-work-only lower body workout, to vary the types of workouts, for example.
