Suggestion to Cathe for Live Workout

I returned and did none of your leg workouts from the first few months of live. It was a lean and mean leg that had legs followed by yoga. I LOVED this!!! I wonder if you might do another leg workout ending with yoga, then maybe one ending with mobility. The one with yoga challenged those muscles that were already spent. Fantastic. Thanks.
