SUBSTITUTE FOR STEP WORKOUTS

Hi
I find that I have trouble with the step routines as I don't have enough room and wanted to know how I can substitute the Low Impact Challenge. I did do Turbo Barre instead.... but did'nt know if that was a good one or not...

LIC is pretty intense cardio, so Turbo Barre is not a good switch, in my opinion, since it doesn't really get your heart racing. Do you have a gym membership or any other equipment at home? What other Cathe DVDs do you have? I would say a fair trade would be any other Cathe cardio workout (like kickboxing or HiiT), going for a run, some time on an elliptical machine or a bike or a fast power walk on a decent incline.

I have the low impact series, intensity, high reps, total body, lower body blast, and the gym styles series.

Well you have lots of great other cardio options then! You could sub with Intensity, Athletic Training, Afterburn, Cardio Supersets, or Slide & Glide. And all those have fantastic premix options for more variety. I would save Lower Body Blast, the Gym Styles, Total Body, High Reps and Turbo Barre for your weight training days. :)
