LIC is pretty intense cardio, so Turbo Barre is not a good switch, in my opinion, since it doesn't really get your heart racing. Do you have a gym membership or any other equipment at home? What other Cathe DVDs do you have? I would say a fair trade would be any other Cathe cardio workout (like kickboxing or HiiT), going for a run, some time on an elliptical machine or a bike or a fast power walk on a decent incline.
