I am hoping to start STS 1/1/09. Of course the month preceding is the most tortorous month with all of the holiday parties, rich food, yummy drinks, friends, family, and fun. So what are you all doing on the pre-STS but pre-holiday front?
Workouts -- I'm working with a trainer till the end of the month, 2x weekly. After 3 mos of STS I want to go back to my trainer and see if I've made any strength gains. So I'm doing heavy wts and kicked up cardio - but missing my circuits a lot.
Food -- I am trying to be as clean as possible allowing myself only 1 cheat meal a week - but it is HARD this time of year. Part of me is tempted to just throw caution to the wind, enjoy all the goodies (and maybe NOT even in moderation ) and start fresh on 1/1. What are you all doing?
