STS Timesaver Option?

Will you have a timesaver option for the STS workouts for those that don't have over an hour to do the workout or for those where that would be too much to start with?

I preordered but with the details I am reading about how long these are, I am really questioning if this is a realistic system for me. This is too expensive to sit on my shelf because it doesn't fit into my morning workout time which is before going to work for over 9 hours. It looks like an excellent, well thought out system but, with other demands and responsibilities, I need to be realistic about the time factor. And realistically - 45 minutes in the mornings is about it and that is with getting up at 4am.

Hoping for a timesaver,
Marie

I'm right there with you. I wake up at 4:30 also.
I was hoping they were all around 45 min. in length also. I was a little surprised they were so long.

No, there are no premixes in the STS program. The only way to reduce the time of an STS workout would be to either reduce the rest breaks between exercises or the number of exercises. Both of these options in our opinion would hurt the effectiveness of the program. You only do STS three times per week, so it really doesn’t require a lot of time on your part to do.

I get up an 4am to workout.
I need to be out the door at 5:45am to be sure I have time enough to catch my train.
I prefer to be done working out by 5am if not sooner.

I already know that any of the workouts that exceed the 55 minutes mark is going to get truncated.

And I won't even go into what I am going to do on the days that I don't actually make it out of bed by 4.

SNM - could you explain why it would hurt the effectiveness of the program if we cut out a set of each exercise? some clarification would be helpful to understand this.

I get up at 4am now and have 45 minutes to workout. This is the only time of day I can work out so if cutting the program short is going to hurt, maybe I need to cancel and get something else???

Thanks
Rhonda

The times for the STS workouts are posted in the WM. Click on your calendar like you want to add a workout. Where you have the option to click cardio, weight, yoga, dvd - there is also a categories for STS. Click Add new. Once inside the STS part - click the disk you want and look for the duration.
The shortest workout time is 46.5 minutes and the longest is 65 minutes.

At the RT, Chris did say that some of these times may need to be tweek, but for the most part they are accurate.
