STS RECOVERY WEEK CHECK IN..DAY 2

Hi All....Yikes, I forgot to post this check in today. Well if you still care to share what you did today post here.

I did a short interval cardio this morning to jump start my day and then at 5:30 tonight I taught a Boot Camp class.

I miss my weights but I know Meso #3 will be a tough one so I'm resting up for it.
 
I did some 4DS Kickbox-Bootcamp cardio and the ab section.
I cannot wait for next week and those heavy weights! I have been checking my 1rm cards and getting all excited...

Hi Cathe !

Better late than never ;).

I'm watching Biggest Loser and checking in tonight.

This morning I did a cardio coach on the TM and in the afternoon I did some 1rm testing that I missed at the beginning.
Is this okay to do during recovery week ???

Recovery day 2

My working out consisted of: moving HEAVY :( furniture around this morning since we are getting new stuff delivered tomorrow. Thus putting into motion the much needed Spring Cleaning of my home. My husband must think I am really strong! He had to have picked out the heaviest computer desk they had, and decided to bring it home and set it up rather than having it delivered with the rest of the things.:mad: Then I did 4 Day Split Kickbox cardio. Man I love that one! :p Then later on I did Low Impact Circuit Timesaver Cardio with the added BLAST OFF segment. I love to add that extra little butt kicker on to the end of the workout! So I am feeling fine.

Cardio Coach Vol. 4 my mix of it the short version= 22 min
Calories burned= 307
Distance= 2.10 miles
Warmup (4:49) BPM= 112
Challenge 1 sprints (8:14) BPM's on sprints= 138,143,148,148= 76% to 83%MHR.
Cool Down (3:09) BPM= 132 (75% of MHR)
Stretch= (6:17) BPM= 90 HR

Amy Bento's- In the Ring- Premix- Great NRG Mix= 52 min
Calories burned= 568
So much fun!

STS- ABS Circuit= Med ball Abs= 10 min
Calories burned= 68

Good morning :D!
Yesterday I did iFit fitness coach-30 minute interval on the elliptical & STS pilates;
today, my plan is to do Imax 2.

I hope everyone has a pleasant day.
 
A day late, but ... :p Today I took a rest day. I was so sore from my PT and my extra long walk this weekend, that I didn't have much choice but to take the day off ;).
