hello-- i just read some info about the new series and have some questions---
1. is the preorder sale still on--- how much would i be saving by preordering?

2. when will they be delivered (roughly)?

3. what eqipment is needed--- i saw a tower and rack, chin up bar--- do you need these? are there modifications for not having this equip?

Yes, the presale is still going on. You will save about $77 by pre-ordering now. We learned a long time ago to never give out approximate release dates as it somehow gets turned into “the release date” and could start World War III. It is also something that is impossible to determine on a project of this size.

As for equipment, you absolutely don’t need a squat rack or Pull Up Tower. Plenty of options will be shown for doing Pull Ups. And so you know Pull Ups are a very minor part of the STS program. So, don’t worry. If you have done any of our heavy weight workouts from the past you will probably be just fine with the equipment you have though you might need some heavier dumbbells and more plates for your bar. Plate Mates or Microload Gloves ™ will help you use a more accurate and proper weight for your ability, but are not something you have to have. We will also use a step for a bench, stability ball,paper plates,medicine ball for abs and some leg work with ankle weights,

or could it be like a year? i just am trying to decide if i want to get some personal training this summer or use this, hmmm....
