OK, so...on a dare, I did LIS-LIC on Sunday
, just the combos 1-4, and then when you put it all together. I skipped the leg blasts, since I was doing legs the next day, and didn't wanna go overboard. It was OK, I guess. I mean, ya'll know how I feel about step workouts
, but I could pretty much keep up (minus the last combo
). Yesterday was D17 (legs), and today I'll be doing D16 (CST).
