Katie:: If you like ballet then you would probably love the Barre style of working the lower body. There are so many work outs to choose from though that it was hard to know where to start. KCM is Kelly Coffey Meyer. Ever heard of her? I have several of her work outs. I like her. I do longer work outs on weekends every chance I get too! Basically the same set up as you only I admit that my cardios normally aren't that long. I shoot for 20-30 instead of 30-40 minutes of cardio. Rythmic Step is so much fun! I love that work out!
Kiki:: Step can definitely take some practice but once it clicks it's a lot of fun. I have been stepping with Cathe since the tail end of 2004 and I still have trouble at times. Heck, I have owned 4DS since it came out and STILL haven't "gotten" HIS yet! What other step routines have you tried besides Step Blast? There are easier ones to try first...like Basic Step! That's where I started!
