This week I start mesocycle 2 and I've noticed that the weight amount suggested for each exercise is way to high. Should it not automatically record proper weight amount used based on mesocycle 1? For instance, for one leg elevated lunges in mesocycle 1 I used 9 pounds, now in mesocycle 2 first week it suggest 17 pounds. That's crazy!!! Any suggestions?? Is the calculator not working correctly?? Help!!!!!!
