Hi all...I am more a lurker but am going to try to be more active on the forum now.I have a question for you all. I was thinking of doing a are and low impact series w one day of the new workouts. So something like meso 3 for weights(only one I have).then 2 days of low impact cardio and one day that I do to the max or cross fire. So three days of cardio total. Has anyone done anything like this and what are your thoughts? Thanks for any help
