sts/lis results or feedback.

Hi all...I am more a lurker but am going to try to be more active on the forum now.I have a question for you all. I was thinking of doing a are and low impact series w one day of the new workouts. So something like meso 3 for weights(only one I have).then 2 days of low impact cardio and one day that I do to the max or cross fire. So three days of cardio total. Has anyone done anything like this and what are your thoughts? Thanks for any help
 
Hi there!

I did something similar with STS a few months back where I did 3 days cardio (low + high impact) + 3 days strength (STS). I got fabulous results! Lost inches and a few lbs ;). Be careful though to listen to your body, recover, and take rest days if needed. Your muscles need to repair and grow! One word of advice, eat well too (lots of lean protein, veggies, carbs from quinoa, whole grains, sweet potatoes, ect) or else all your hard work will go down the drain :(.

That's petty similar to what I'm doing (just restarted STS 2 weeks ago). I do 2 Amy's of spinning for my low impact and then usually CF or TTM for my high impact cardio. I just try to be careful to put the STS legs day before my rest day, otherwise I don't get the best out of my cardio, which is heavily legs based. Enjoy STS!

Uh, that would be two days of spinning, not two Amy's! :)
