Hi, today I suppost to start meso#3 but I can't because I get my Lumbar epidural injeccion and the doctor said I have to take easy for this week, so next week do I start meso 3 or I have to Star with meso 2 .
STS ladies I need advice.

Hi Mariposa,
I would definitely take on board doctor's advise. When you are ready, just resume from meso 3.
In meantime carry on conditioning your body with light weight and elastics band programmes .
