STS in the UK?

Hi Josie

STS arrived today about 1.00pm. I could have kissed the Parcelforce man lol. I was surprised how small the package is for the amount of DVDs. Also the guide is quite slim. It doesn't take up alot of space. I've watched the first dvd from mesocycle one and the clarity and quality is excellent. I'm thinking I might start on Monday with everybody else. What do you think?

I have to agree that getting the dvds out of the case is tricky. I was worried I might break them. Although I haven't tried getting them all out.

Anyway good luck getting your STS and enjoy previewing it. Goodness knows we've waited long enough for it lol.

Cool! Well, I'm certainly looking forward to getting mine tomorrow. I haven't done the 1RM stuff yet as I've been so busy this week, so will have to do that over the weekend if I can and then perhaps I will also be ready for Monday!

Unfortunately not had chance to preview yet - they arrived just as I was getting ready for work and I'm at work now - I only got chance to open the box and take a quick peak inside. I will preview the first disc this evening - but so far it's all looking good!
