STS Check in

Saturday I did disc 30 and some abs. Yesterday I did live kick box & bags and took a 40 minute walk outside. It was dreary but the fresh air was nice! Today was disc 29, step boss lying stretch, and a 1 mile YouTube walk at lunch. I’m still trying to decide what I want to do after STS!

Today i completed D37 Squat Rack Legs and Yoga Relax #1. Later I'm taking Eli for a walk.

Today I completed D26 Plyo Legs and Stretch Max #2 SB. Forgot how hard Plyo Legs are! Was sweating and panting!! WOW!!
 
I'm happy to announced I finished STS today!! Whoo Hoo!!!

Today was my last workout with Disc 36 followed by Ab Circuit #4 and extended stretch.

I'm happy with my results. I feel stronger and my body is nicely toned. I'm surprised how much weight I loss 10lbs!!! Usually when I lift heavy I might gain a few pounds from gaining muscle.

I LOVE STS!! I think Meso 2 is my favorite and Meso 3. I will revisit it again in couple years.

I'm moving on to a month rotation of Kelly Coffey Meyer then on to P90x (5th time) I'll be sub. the STS plyo legs for some of the P90x leg workout.

I'll check in every now then to how you are doing and if you need any encouragement. Thank you for all the support!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I am so proud of you. I'm finished with my first week of Meso 3, Week 1. Three more weeks to go!! I'll keep posting until I'm finished. Hope you check in now and again.
Question I do't know that I've heard of Kelly Coffey Meyer. I will check it out on line.
How do you like P90X? I've never tried it.
 
Yesterday I walked for 8.53 miles. Some with Eli, my dog and the other miles on my own. The plyo leg workout from Thursday really kicked me and I felt like I needed to give my body a break, lol!
 
Tuesday was a light day with walking and abs. Wednesday I did disc 28, Thursday was live jabs & kicks, did disc 39 last night and disc 33 today! Plus my daily YouTube walks for more steps.

Congratulations Dchisum!! Good for you! You commited a lot of time and did a lot of hard work. So good to hear you saw great results that made it all worthwhile.

I agree, Plyo Legs is super tough cardiovascularly and in terms of a muscular challenge. :pBut it will get you ready for Cardio Legs in XTrain! ;)

Nicki you’re not alone!! I have a week left! I did disc 31 today and a 20 minute standing stretch. Yesterday I did KCM RAW box & tone and some abs. Monday was disc 32 and Sunday I did live kickboxing low impact hiit and abs. Also keeping up the daily indoor walks for extra steps.

Today I completed D38 Squat Rack M3 Week 2 and Yoga Relax#2. Took several walks with my neighbors. Sunday I will start week 3 of Meso 3! So excited;)
