Hi All! If you have already done Disc 28 please share your report with all of us. We want to know what we are in for
I did 28 as well. Weight was right on, and I really enjoyed it.
Do any of you wear a heart rate monitor? My calorie burn is significantly lower than the workout manager on the weight workouts by almost half. If I ever burned over 500 calories on a chest workout I'd eat my weight bench. Just curious what you are all seeing.
I'm looking forward to a hard core cardio tomorrow.
