Holy Lats Everyone! I did this workout today and I attempted to do all actual pullups/chinups as opposed to substituting in any band work. I made it but I'm glad I was alone with all that snarling and shaking that was going on. What a sight
Thank goodness the rest of the routine was drop sets. Even though that equals up to be super intense, only having to do it one long time with a very small rest between each set made me keep my focus nicely. By the end of one arm rows I was feeling like Queen of the jungle ....very powerful.
The bicep work was a drop set charm. Three of the most effective bicep exercises lined up and tackled with vigor and tenacity. This part of the workout brought about a second wind for me. I suddenly got this burst of energy and worked off my Wheaties, that's for sure. I ended up having a great workout and I hope you do/did too.
