I just downloaded two workouts Athletic Step and HIIT 30/30 on my external hard drive. When I tried to put them on my IPod it sais "it cannot play on this IPod". I have all the other workouts on my IPod and never had this problem. Please help.

I did not get the email with the 12 uploads. I recieved a new pop up window and when the download timed out, the window disappeared. I am leaving to go overseas (military) and am now using an aircard (the download eats up the aircard). Two requests: one: please send me an email with the 12 and do you have any idea how I may download these with this aircard. Otherwise I will have to find a hotspot ASAP or forget the whole thing and say thanks for trying....
Thanks

Same thing I don't understand.
I wonder if it is Itunes new upgrade. I got the same thing. So I went to the itunes help and read about how to put vidoes on the Ipod(in my case a tough). It said the video has to be converted to a usable format for the touch to use. I had to go to the movie tab, highlight the video, click the advanced button on the top, click on create ipod, or iphone version.
That is what worked and now have two of the STS cardio videos on the touch. Warning though, it takes a long, long time to convert the files to the iphone/ipod files.
Not sure why other videos play but these don't. I have never tried to put videos on mine.
