Hi everyone,
Getting us started for the week!
I've been MIA for the past few days, but have been getting in some workouts - since I checked in last, I've done CSS Thursday (I liked it - not as intense as some, but I got a good workout), Friday rest day, Saturday I did AB (holy moly! Great workout - I loved it - burnt a ton of calories and I was a sweaty mess), today I did AT - loved that one too - the first 30 minutes or so are really intense - I had to stop a few times for a few breaths and to unnumb my poor legs! I'm just loving this new series. I can't wait for Cathe's rotations she said she will be posting by Monday night! I may do Yoga Max later today - we'll see
Terina - you've been getting some great workouts in! Way to go - I'm looking forward to TBT and LIC - haven't done those ones yet. Too funny, I did Joannie Greggins too - on a record - I think there were big cards that showed the exercises?
Kiki - did you try S&G or CSS - can't wait to hear your reviews.
Katie - Woo hoo on AT - glad you loved it! Hope you had fun on your pizza outing and football game, sounds great!
Wiggie - Great job on the AB premix and the Zumba - I have a friend who does it and just loves it! I like to golf too - not fabulous at it, but it's a fun date for DH and I. Hope you had fun!
Erin - I totally hear you about the triceps shaking on those cross body kickbacks, same thing here - crazy!
Bridget - Great job on your , TBT upper and LIC and the spinning - aweseome job! And yeah, the discs are used without the covers on the carpet - they work great on that.
Barbara - sorry the discs don't work on your floor Glad the furniture movers do work though. Great job with AB and LIC!
Wendy - So glad you liked AT too! Great BR workouts too. Don't stress about the rest days - you have been working so hard, just need a little break.
