Is it possible to do STS with only dumbbells? I have dumbbells up to 40lbs
Wondering if I should just start with Meso 2. I'm not new to lifting, but should probably follow the written rotationCandice, for me at least, Meso 1 is the hardest. The endurance phase has a real cardio factor and that makes it more difficult for me. I encourage you to not stop after Meso 1 - 2&3 are hard if you lift appropriately but they don't have as much cardio factor (except plyo legs in Meso3 if you do that option).
