Has anyone done STS three days in a row? I'm in week 2 of Meso 2. I'll be out of town Thursday through Saturday, so I'm going to try doing the three weight workouts Monday through Wednesday. With the leg workout in the middle, I figure I'll be okay training-wise, but energy-wise. . . well--I'm sure I'm in for a struggle. I'll just pretend that Cathe is saying "you can do anything for 3 days!"
