STS 2.0 Mobility 1 and 2 Premix.

Did this one today, approx. 35 minutes. I found Mobility 2 the harder of the 2. The seated hip flexor hurdle was a good one. I found this much harder with my left leg than my right. Also, I had to watch the back extension reach then go back and do it as I couldn't work out what they were doing from just listening. You are prone of the floor for this one and it was hard for me to look up at the TV. With Mobility 1 I found the body wave followed by the scapular push ups was a bit hard on my wrists but not too bad. I may play around in the blender and insert another exercise, or a wrist stretch between these two. It's really nice to have more mobility workouts.
