STS 2.0 / Lift, Move & Restore 2-Month Rotation

How fun! She could be intense, but an excellent cuer with excellent form!
Yes, she was an excellent cuer...... & "cute as a button".......if I remember correctly, the class was an
"intermediate" class. I used to take step classes at the Nautilus gym that was here years ago too, OMG,
they were tough, but I was alot & I mean alot younger., but I remember going into the locker room after
class and looking in the mirror, my face was as red as a beet! LOL!

Well I guess I considered myself a penny-pincher too, but I loved step workouts back in the day. I guess I justified the cost (& still do for new workouts) by noting that all hobbies incur a cost and I wanted to get as much use out of my step as possible to justify its expense. And as in-person classes became more expensive and sometimes it was a rush to get to, doing step in the comfort of my own home became ideal. And so my collection grew and grew.

Once in a blue moon now, I think it might be nice to attend an in-person class and look them up. But the class cost, the travel cost, the time involved, etc has stopped me from attending. Just one class at our local yoga studio is almost the same cost as as a full-price Cathe dvd. Yikes. Now with free on-line workouts available and streaming at affordable prices, it's understandable that dvd productions are becoming more rare.
I took the plunge one time back in the late 90's & joined Crunch gym, which I thought was expensive at the time. The gym was nice, but it just wasn't for me. I didn't like the added time it took to drive to the gym & back home, plus I always felt like I was in a fishbowl. And I don't know why, but I just don't care as much for using the machines. I prefer my home workouts.

My sis got us a Firm vacation in South Carolina, also in the late 90's. Now that was just an entire weekend of FUN! My sis even treated me to a personal training session with Carissa Foster, who introduced me to walking lunges. I'll never forgive her for that! LOL! Her personal session was with Tamala Hastie.

This rotation is available to add to your calendar on the WM, but still no icons. Strangely, many rotations from Cathe are under "rotation from another user." including this one.
The icons are there now, but I don't see this rotation in "rotation from another user" in the WM.
How do I find it to download? I haven't downloaded a rotation for years, so maybe I forgot how to do it? So, if someone can point me to it, or tell me how to get to it to download, I'd appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

@llp I see a 12 week rotation version from another user but I don't see Cathe's 2 month rotation above in the workout mgr by her or any other user.

I'm half-way through this rotation, and thrilled to say it's making a difference! I feel stronger (I'm lifting heavier, too), I have improved mobility, and my core/hips/glutes are feeling overall better - more balanced and alive, if that makes any sense. I haven't lost weight, but I'm feeling more athletically fit. I may keep repeating this rotation, with tweaks for variety, until the new LMR Elevate comes out, with the additional heavy weight routines. That's me set for life :-D

Please let us know your results after completing week 5, 6 and 7. After those single part weeks.

I am starting this rotation tomorrow.
