STS 2.0 Basic Rotation

Hot Girl STS 2.0 Summer updates: I tracked my shipment and it’s out for delivery today! A day early! A little before 8 AM, a big old flatbed rolled up to my house and loaded my car to take it to the repair shop. Of course, it didn’t make the ear piercing noise when the engine was started but better to play it safe because had I driven it there and it did it en route, the engine could be toast. I got my temporary hair color, gonna wait on that and I’m probably gonna self tan tomorrow. If anybody wants a good natural looking clean formula self tanner, try Beauty By Earth. Fair medium works plenty dark for me!
 
I'm not on Facebook but went to Cathe's page thru her website; she has a little teaser clip of the User Guide .... so it appears there's a One Month, Two Month, & 3 Month rotation. As well as rotations mixed with previous series. Also one with Low Impact cardio, & one with High Impact cardio. So LJB may be correct that if we start with the Total Body workouts we'll be good to go ....

As crazy as it sounds, I won’t be diving into these workouts as soon as I get them. I gotta print worksheets and most importantly preview each workout. I remember I didn’t start Xtrain until about a week after receiving it because I wanted to get familiar with it and at least plug in each dvd and see what things looked like. My rotation will just be plug and play into my tank top rotation. I do plan to do a official STS2.0 rotation at some point in the future. I assume that Cathe will also have rotations that combine this series with XTrain, RWH, ICE, strong & sweaty. I also can’t wait to see how she mixes cardio in this
Agree!! I also review each workout and put each workout into an excel spreadsheet ( I prefer my own style of workout sheets) I don't anticipate starting 2.0 until the 2nd week in June and I am OK with that because I like to know how each workout is structured and have my weight selections ready.

Me too! That's partly why I was hoping the User Guide would be posted this week... oh well
