Stretch Max

Hi, just wanted to know how often people stretch, and for those who have stretch max what do you think of it.

I stretch (extra aside from what's at the end of my workout) every time I workout. I usually try to add Stretch Max on at least 2-3 days/week, but it depends on my schedule and how much time I have. Stretch Max is wonderful, athletic-type stretching (similar to what she does at the end of workouts, only longer). There are also a ball segment and band segment that really make the stretching different and fun! I think you should definitely preview it and see if it's for you!

I was thinking of adding this to my collection, too. I tend to get sore after wts. I do core max after my cardio days, and figured I could do stretch max after my weight days. I don't think I'd like it as a stand alone. However, I need to find my ambition again.
 
I've just recently started adding segments of StretchMax 3-4x a week...What a difference it makes! My muscles seem to recover more quickly now and I don't get muscle cramps at all. The band segment is the best imo!
A worthy investment
 
I love Stretch Max. I just wish I had more time to do it. #1 is my favorite without any equipment. I find it stretches me out the most. I would definitely recommend getting it.

Ideally, I stretch once a week, in addition to the stretches after my workouts (which I never skip), but I haven't been for a while. Methinks I should get back into it, especially yoga stretches.
 
I like the Total Body Stretching best also. I do stretching after every workout (the usuals) but find that it just isn't enough anymore so have incorporated the extra workout tape 2-3x/week. Take care.
