I have many of Cathe's full body workout videos (Cathe is simply the best there is for advanced home exercise) such as bootcamp, terminator, drill max, low impact circuit and also have many of her pure cardio dvd's...I want to start trying to increase my muscle strength without going to the gym and so I just purchased the upper and lower body pyramid dvd. Does anyone have a suggestion for how to rotate this dvd into a workout week? I was thinking if I did 45 minutes of cardio and then either upper or lower pyramid on the same day and then every 3rd day be pure cardio. I generally work out 5 days a week... any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!
