Julie Great job on your upper body workout and being tired. Oh yuck 100 degrees is way too hot. Hopefully it cools down for the weekend.

My butt was really feeling yesterdays workout but I did do LM&R2 Low Impact Cardio Fusion. It is a holiday here today for Canada Day. It is a cool one here but I will take it over a 100 degree day.

Cheryl Oh butt DOMS! Great job on LM&R2 LICF! Hopefully the movement will help loosen the DOMS up. Glad you are not suffering in 100 degree weather.

This morning was my sleep in day. I haven't been sleeping very good the last couple of nights. I could have slept so much longer this morning but I can sleep in tomorrow or try to I guess.

Julie The heat may have something to do with your not sleeping well. Enjoy your weekend and your 4th of July.

So yesterday I did some Pilates which helped with the soreness. Then in the afternoon I went for a walk. It was raining but it felt good to get some fresh air. This morning was a total body workout. I will probably go for another walk this afternoon before I head out to the SPCA. Our transfer is coming today because of the holiday.

Good morning. Saturday was dragon boat practice and it was really windy out so I got soaked. Then in the afternoon I went for a walk. Sunday was my day off and I went to the farmers market and then went for another walk in the afternoon. This morning was a back and shoulder workout. Now I need to get some things done.

Hi ladies. It looks like you have both been doing a good job on keeping up with your workouts. We got home from the beach on Saturday afternoon and were exhausted. It was a really fun week. We mostly hung out on the beach and at the pool, but DH and I did go for a few walks. We leave in 2 weeks to hike the Camino Trail in Spain so we need to be getting some walks in. I didn’t feel like jumping back into things yesterday so had a lazy day. This morning was LITE Metabolic Blast and I am getting the laundry done. Have a great dayQ!

Pam So glad you had a great time and got in some walks! Great job on LITE MB! I just googled Camino Trail and that sounds really cool.

My weekend was the normal. Friday was lower body weights, Saturday mobility, and Sunday was upper body weights. It was really hot but we got a couple of storms which helped cool us off for Monday. Monday I didn't get a chance to post because we had a funeral to attend for DH's stepmother. This morning I did my lower body weights. I am still struggling with sleep. I really hope I can get some decent sleep soon.

This morning was Great Glutes couple of sections were a real struggle, but overall it wasn’t too bad. Now I’m trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my day. Have a great one!

Good morning, well it was a rough night trying to sleep. We had a mother bear and her cubs come into our complex last night trying to get into our organics bin (locked so she couldn't) and then come back a bit later where she got into the dumpster. Some of the neighbors and the police were making a lot of noise to get her to move on but it took a while. Then once that was over a car alarm started going and it went on of most of the night. Needless to say I didn't get a good nights sleep. I was hoping that I would wake up more to get a workout in but I think I am going to take this as a day off. I need to get to the SPCA soon to help out as our transfer is coming this morning instead of tomorrow. Then I need to go and get some groceries.

Cheryl Great job on your lower body workout! Oh man that doesn't sound like a fun night. You need the rest after a night like that.

I forgot to post yesterday, well I got busy working and it slipped my mind. I did do my upper body workout in the morning. This morning was my sleep in day. I haven't been sleeping great so hoping this weekend I can get some decent sleep and catch up a little.

This morning DH and I got up and went to the park for a walk before it got too hot outside. Then I did LITE Strong body stacked sets Upper. Then I did a little bit of running around.

I typed that yesterday but never posted it!
