Strength in Numbers

Julie Great job on your upper body workout and being tired. Oh yuck 100 degrees is way too hot. Hopefully it cools down for the weekend.

My butt was really feeling yesterdays workout but I did do LM&R2 Low Impact Cardio Fusion. It is a holiday here today for Canada Day. It is a cool one here but I will take it over a 100 degree day.

Cheryl Oh butt DOMS! Great job on LM&R2 LICF! Hopefully the movement will help loosen the DOMS up. Glad you are not suffering in 100 degree weather.

This morning was my sleep in day. I haven't been sleeping very good the last couple of nights. I could have slept so much longer this morning but I can sleep in tomorrow or try to I guess.

Julie The heat may have something to do with your not sleeping well. Enjoy your weekend and your 4th of July.

So yesterday I did some Pilates which helped with the soreness. Then in the afternoon I went for a walk. It was raining but it felt good to get some fresh air. This morning was a total body workout. I will probably go for another walk this afternoon before I head out to the SPCA. Our transfer is coming today because of the holiday.
