This morning was my upper body day. Last week was such a good session even though I was nauseous but today I was feeling fine but had not strength. Crazy!

Julie Good job on your upper body workout. It is crazy on how your body responds to workouts. I notice that too sometimes with my workouts, I think it will be a good one but I end up struggling through it.

This morning was LM&R Upper Body, then I went and got groceries. This afternoon I went for a walk and then I got the car cleaned out. We ended up doing errands yesterday afternoon so I didn't get a chance to get it done.

Cheryl Great job on LM&R UB! I really need to clean my car out too but ugh!

This morning was my sleep in day. I also went to the DMV to renew my license. I had to take the written exam. I was nervous but I passed. Guess I don't have an excuse for not being able to go into the office.

Julie Do you have to take the written exam every time you renew your license? I need to renew my license next month but I just need to have a new picture taken. I have never had to take the test except for when I first got my learners license.

This morning I was sore so I just did STS 2 Chair Yoga. Now I need to get some things done around here before I need to go to the SPCA. I need to go to another shelter to pick the cats up so I will need to leave a bit earlier today to get there on time.

Cheryl Great job on STS2 CY! I think I have to take it because I got a speeding ticket a few years ago. I think I have only had to take the written test 2 times since I got my license but I have never had to take the driving exam.

Friday I did my lower body weights and then did chores around the house. Saturday was my mobility workout. It was tough because I got horrible sleep. I don't know what it is but Fridays I seem to sleep awful. Better Friday night than during the workweek I guess. Sunday was my upper body weights and this morning I slept in.

Julie Good job on your lower body weight workout, your mobility workout and your upper body workout. If you were to have a bad nights sleep Friday night would be the night to do it.

Friday I did something but I can't remember what. Then I got the laundry done and went for a walk in the afternoon. Saturday was dragon boat practice and our coach worked us hard. We only have one more practice day before our first regatta. Then I decided to clean out our BBQ. Sunday was pretty lazy but I did walk down to the farmers market. Today was LM&R 2 PHA Cardio Fusion and this afternoon I went for a walk. It was raining but it felt good to get outside.

Cheryl Great job on your mystery Friday workout, walks, dragon boat practice, and LM&R 2 PHA CF! Wow a regatta already. I feel like you just started practicing.

This morning was my lower body weight workout! I pushed myself and may regret it later today or tomorrow. We are in the 80s pretty much the rest of the week. I don't want to be a complainer but that is not spring weather and it is too early for summer heat.

Hi ladies, sorry to have been MIA for so long. We went to Pennsylvania to celebrate my MILs 90th birthday and I didn’t get a chance to post before we left last Tuesday. you have both been doing great keeping up with your workouts. This morning I did BM2 step and power circuits and abs. I imagine I will be feeling it tomorrow. It’s supposed to be in the 90s here again this week. This crazy hot weather so early is weird. I’m hoping to get some yard work done, but it will be brutal out there. Have a great day!
