Cheryl Oh wow you have had quite a time lately. I am glad things were ok with your MIL. Dealing with people who you never know how they are going to treat you can be so stressful. Hopefully for both of us, the weather gets better and you don't too drowned in rain.

Friday I did my lower body weights and then some things around the house. Saturday was my mobility day and some more things around the house. Sunday was upper body weights. This morning I slept in about 30 minutes longer than I meant to but I guess I must have needed it. Last night we went to bed and it was 65 degrees. This morning we woke up to an inch of snow and blustery winds all day.

Julie Good job on your lower body workout, your mobility work and your upper body workout. Sometimes your body just needs that extra rest. Yuck, snow and blustery winds is not a nice way to wake up.

Sunday I went to the farmers market and then I went for a walk in the afternoon. I wanted to get out before it started raining which it is doing very heavily right now. This morning I did LMR2 Lower Body and then got a bit of cleaning done. This afternoon I am going for a manicure, it is so close that I can walk there but it sure isn't very nice out. Tonight I am meeting up with a friend for a non-alcoholic launch party for a new gin. We have a store that just sells non-alcoholic products which is nice since I stopped drinking alcohol.
