This morning was LM&R2 Chest, Triceps and Shoulders. Then I got some cleaning done and then went for a short walk to pick up a couple of things. I need to get outside today since it is nice and sunny out.

This morning was my upper body workout. My app has swamped out pumpkins for turkeys. Yesterday I lifted 61 dozen turkeys and this morning I lifted 27 dozen turkeys!

This morning was LM&R functional Barre fusion with the upper body foam rolling bonus. It’s supposed to be 70 degrees today so I need to get outside and do something. Have a great dahy!

This morning was Step Boss Intermediate Step Bonus and the Floor Stretch Bonus. Then I went grocery shopping and then got some meal prepping done.

This morning was PHA2 and the extended stretch. I ended up doing laundry and yard work yesterday. Our leaves are just starting to fall, so there will be a lot of clean up over the next few weeks, Have a great day!

I got busy with work and almost forgot to post. You wouldn't have missed much as it was my sleep in day. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the upper 60s but that might be our last nice day for a while. Looks like a cold snap is coming through next week.

This morning was LM&R2 Lower Body. Then I got the vacuuming done. I need to go to the SPCA this afternoon but it will be a late transfer so I will be there pretty late helping.
