Sorry I completely forgot to post yesterday. So yesterday I went for a 10 KM walk with a friend and then I had a lazy afternoon. This morning was STS 2 Lower Body 1. Then I went and got groceries and then I needed to walk Zoey because she has a UTI so our friend doesn't want her holding it for too long. Now I need to take DH to the dermatologist for his yearly checkup and then I need to walk Zoey again before I need to go the the SPCA to help out.

Cheryl No worries on not posting. Wow 10K is a long walk! Great job on STS 2 LB1! Poor Zoey, hopefully she gets better soon. I hate when my dogs have UTIs. I have had one and it is no fun.

This morning was my sleep in day. We are getting really cold here. It was in the 30s this morning when my husband went to leave for work. I think our warm days are gone for awhile.

Julie Those cold mornings make it really hard to get out of bed. I am never ready for the cold weather to start!

This morning was STS 2 Mobility 1 and 2. Then I went to the SPCA. Transfer came really late yesterday so I ended up not going in yesterday afternoon.

Friday I did lower body weights and then did a bunch of cleaning and ran some errands. Saturday was my mobility day and then DH and I put the deck furniture away. It is always sad when we do that because that means winter is coming. Sunday was my upper body weights. DH and I did get to take the dogs for a walk Saturday and Sunday. It was a little chilly in the 50s. This morning I got to sleep in a little.

Julie Great job on your lower body workout, mobility, and upper body workouts. I hate putting away the outer furniture too.

The book club discussion went really well and now I have that over with until next year . Friday morning DH and I went for a bike ride. It was a bit chilly when we started, but it warmed up into the 60’s by the time we finished. Saturday was CCC. I hadn’t done it in a long time, but it wasn’t too bad since I don’t do the drop and roll back craziness anymore. Sunday was my rest day. We met Ashley for brunch and then had dinner at a friends house last night. Some of our friends sold their house and are heading out on a year long adventure traveling the country, so it was a send off for them. It’s sad to see them go, but I think they are going to have a great time. This morning was LIHI Chest, Shoulders, and triceps. I wasn’t sure how it would go because I slept terrible, but it wasn’t too bad. Have a great day!

Friday I took as a day off and got all of the housework and laundry done. Saturday I went for a long walk and Sunday was LM&R Functional Mobility Fusion. Sunday night I had a headache when I went to bed and I was feeling a bit run down this morning so I didn't do a workout but I went for a short walk.

Pam Glad your book discussion went well and now you can relax. Great job on your bike ride with DH! 60s sounds perfect for a bike ride! Great job on CCC and LIHI CST! That would be fun to travel the country and hit every state.

This morning was my lower body workout. I was having a little bit of nausea at first but it seemed to pass and I actually had a pretty good workout. It was chilly on the drive in and I got to try out the heated steering wheel in my van.

Julie Great job on your lower body workout and happy that the nausea passed. I think heated steering wheels are one of the best inventions ever! My last car had one but my current one doesn’t and I was so bummed about that.

This morning was LIHI Legs. I usually feel like I’m cheating if my workout is less than an hour, but by the end of it I decidd that 40 minutes was plenty! Have a great day!

Pam Good job on LIHI Legs. I used to feel like I was cheating if I didn't do an hour but I am fine if I just do 30 to 40 minutes now.

This morning was ICE LIS 1. Then I had to get DH to a doctors appointment. After that we had some lunch and then I met up with a friend for tea.

This morning I was so tired. I hardly slept at all last night for some unknown reason, so I didn't workout. I did go and get groceries though. In the afternoon I was feeling a bit more energized so I did clean up some leaves since it wasn't raining outside.

Yesterday was RWH LI Hiit 1 & 2 and the abs from ME. I didn’t get a chance to post because I had to get ready for a meeting right after my workout and then was busy the rest of the day. This morning was LIHI Back, shoulders, and biceps. My tricep are still sore from my workout on Monday so I guess I really did a number on them! Have a great day.

Friday DH and I went for a bike ride. The ride back was so hard because it was really windy and we were riding right into it for awhile. I was barely moving it was so strong! I was definitely happy to get the one over with. Saturday was LM&R Funcitonal Pilates Fusion and yesterday was my rest day. We went to a friends for the afternoon to watch the Steelers game. This morning was Total Body Barbell. The time change is messing with me, yesterday felt like the longest day! Have a great one.

Sunday was my upper body day and this morning was my sleep in day. The extra hour sleep Sunday morning was so nice but I am still ok if the time change thing completely goes away.

Friday I got the housework and laundry done and then went for a walk. Since it was Halloween we went out for dinner instead of giving out candy. It was pouring rain out and I didn't want to stand outside in it. There were still around 300 kids that came through our complex though. Saturday was LM&R2 Total Body and then I went for another walk. Sunday was LM&R Anytime Mobility and then I went to the farmers market. It is nice that is moved closer to us for the winter so I can just walk to it. This morning was LM&R2 Back, Biceps and Shoulders and then I went to brave Costco. It was really busy and I had to wait the longest in the lineup to pay. I will probably go for another walk in a bit to get some fresh air.

Cheryl Wow that is amazing the number of kids you get and with it raining too. Great job on LM&R2 TB, LM&R AM, LM&R2 BaBiS, and your walks! Going to Costco is so draining. I've never been during the week but I have heard it is still busy no matter when you go.

This morning I did a lower body workout. I was struggling to get motivated and awake but I made it through it. It was depressing seeing it get dark at like 5pm last night.
