Pam Good work on BM Step and Power Circuits. I can't do those type of workouts anymore since I have gotten older.

Sorry I completely forgot to post yesterday. So yesterday I went for a 10 KM walk with a friend and then I had a lazy afternoon. This morning was STS 2 Lower Body 1. Then I went and got groceries and then I needed to walk Zoey because she has a UTI so our friend doesn't want her holding it for too long. Now I need to take DH to the dermatologist for his yearly checkup and then I need to walk Zoey again before I need to go the the SPCA to help out.
