Pam Great job on S&S Bootcamp plus core. Not nice to be soaking wet because of the humidity. Good work on Viper.

This morning I did Lite Stacked Sets Lower Body. I was going to tack on abs but Willow wanted a lot of cuddling so I did that instead. After that I got the housework and laundry done and a bit of running around.

Sorry about being MIA yesterday. DH wanted a treadmill for his birthday and they called me late Friday to set a Monday delivery date so I stayed home from work to be there for them to deliver and assemble it. Since it is crazy expensive, I am going to try to use it once in a while too. Friday I did do Live Fit Tower Tone and Tighten. It was all bodyweight and bands with the tower but I was actually pretty sore the next day. Then I ran some errands and did some housework. Saturday I did some more housework and then DH and I got a chance to relax on the deck since it was pretty nice out. Sunday I did my heavy weight work, meal prepping, and binge watching Netflix. Monday I was lazy and did not work out and really just was lazy except for showing the delivery guys where to set up the treadmill.

Cheryl Great job on Cardio Slam! Oh I bet the kittens are all squirmy and adorable! Great job on Lite SSLB! I definitely agree with foregoing abs to cuddle with Willow! I think that is why I was lazy yesterday, I just wanted a morning with my dogs.

Pam Great job on S&S BC plus core! I think that one has some unique moves in it. Great job on the Viper! You make me feel so lazy for doing nothing and you are doing extreme workouts!

Julie What a nice present for DH and a bonus for you since you can use it as well. Great job on Live Fit Tower Tone and Tighten and your heavy weight work. Sometimes you just need to be lazy and snuggle with your fur babies.

Saturday I didn't get a workout in. I got a late start and Willow really wanted some cuddles. Then I went and met my brother, mom and aunt at our old high school. It was the 110 year celebration before the tear it down and replace it with a new building. Most of the school looked the same but there were parts that weren't familiar at all. They had done a few renovations since I left 41 years ago. My brother, mom and aunt all ran into people they went to school with but I didn't. Sunday I did segment 3 of Stretch Max and then I went to the farmers market. Monday I did PHA Training and then I went to the SPCA for a shift. The regular volunteers weren't available so I did an extra shift. Only one of the kittens that came in on Thursday was left and he was pretty lonely. He was very vocal until you could hold him. He just wanted some snuggles. Then we just had one other cat and a few small animals. Last night I went dragon boating and it was a really nice night out. This morning I did Imax 2 and I was a sweaty mess after that one.

So I realized I left off what I did Tuesday which was Live Low Impact Boot Camp. It was actually more intermediate than most of her boot camps. This morning I used the treadmill. We got one of the fancy ones that hook up to an IFit membership where you can use google maps to view a location while walking/running and they also have several predefined locations that atomically change the incline and speed for you based on the terrain. I did a 2 mile “run” on Waikiki Beach and then did a 1 mile hike on the Waimea Canyon trail. It actually had me feeling pretty good when I was done but now I am sitting here hoping I can still walk by the end of the day let alone tomorrow when I get out of bed.

Cheryl That sounds bitter sweet watching your high school get torn down. I think it is neat that you went to the same high school as your mom too. Great job on SM3 and PHA Training! I don’t know how you get anything done at SPCA. I would just want to snuggle them the whole time I was there. Great job on Imax 2!

Julie Great job on Live Low Impact Boot Camp and your treadmill workout. Umm can you still walk??? Sometimes it is hard to get anything done because you do want to snuggle with all of the animals.

This morning I did Stacked Sets Upper Body + 6 pack abs 1. Then I went to do my shift at the SPCA. We still have one kitten who still hasn't been adopted. Lots of people have looked at him but I don't know why he is still there. He is a bit vocal and will be a long haired cat, so I don't know if those are the reasons. I would love to bring him home but 3 cats are a lot to look after. But I do have some news. As you know i have been doing some of the examining of the animals when they are brought into our shelter. A little while ago they had a job posting for an animal care specialist who would do a lot of this work and I did apply for it. I just found out today that I did get it. Yeah!!!! It is a casual on call job so there won't be many shifts in a month which is perfect for me but I will still earn a bit of extra money. I am so excited to be working for them. Then in the afternoon I walked our friends dog Zoey.

So this morning I was in a deep, deep sleep when my alarm went off. So deep in dream I was dreaming about the alarm and asking people in my dream what that noise was. I managed to wake up and get out of bed though. Oh is my body sore. I guess I thought I was fit enough to run since I do Cathe workouts. I guess running uses your muscles differently. I did get through Warrior Boot Camp Live even though it was tough and I had to pause after the first round for a few seconds. After that it got better but not easier.

Cheryl Great job on SSUB + 6 pack abs! Oh poor kitty. I feel so bad for the animals who keep getting looked over and usually for no reason or fault of their own. That is awesome news about getting the animal care specialist job. That will be nice for some extra pocket change. Do you plan to keep volunteering too?

Julie Oh wow you were so good in getting up and doing a workout. If I was in that deep of sleep I think I would have said forget it. Great job on Live Warrior Boot Camp. I haven't asked yet but I don't think I can be both a volunteer and an employee. My first official day is June 20th which is Thursday. I will ask my manager if I should do my regular volunteer shift on the Wednesday or not.

This morning I did Cardio Party. I was suppose to add on the calorie crush but Willow really wanted some cuddling and I needed to get going as we needed to get to the post office once it opened. DH sold a hockey jersey and we needed to get a tracking number for the person before they would e-transfer the funds to us. Well it didn't go a smoothly as it should have and after several hours and back and forths we realized that the person missed a letter in our email address when he sent the funds. So he fixed it and finally the funds were transferred to us. Oh man what a process, normally it is so easy. But I did manage to get some housework and laundry done. I also got the paperwork for my new position so I was busy filling it all out.

This morning I was going to do another treadmill workout but my shins were a little sore still so I decided to hold off so I don’t get shin splints. I did my own heavy weight lifting workout instead so I wasn't doing any jumping or lifting motions with my shin muscles.

Cheryl Great job on Cardio Party! I briefly thought about doing Cardio Party plus the CC but then decided I better give my shins a full break. Willow sounds like such a snuggler! Oh man, sorry the jersey sale didn’t go smoothly but glad it is done and over with.

This morning I did Pyramid Lower Body from the Intensity Series. Wow it has been a long time since I had done that one. After that I got the rest of the housework done. Then DH had his appointment with the allergist. He does have a lot of environmental allergies along with some food ones. We will need to work on those to see if it helps his hives.

Saturday I did another treadmill “run”. I say “run” because I am sure it is really a jog for most people. After that DH and I did some chores around the house and then went to my mom’s for Father’s Day get together. Sunday was my week prepping and relaxing day. This morning I tried to do PHA 3 but for some reason it wouldn’t play on my Roku so I had to scramble and find something else. I did Triple Fit instead.

Cheryl Great job on PLB! Hopefully the allergies aren’t too hard to try to eliminate or at least decrease exposure too. Sometimes I know it is hard to completely eliminate something.

Hi ladies, sorry to have been MIA for so long. We were at the outer banks with the DHs family all week. 45 people in one giant house. We had a lot of fun but I was so tired when I got home. It was a week filled with a LOT of eating a drinking. DH and I did get out for bike rides 4 times during the week at least. They were not terribly long 14-18 miles each, but it was a lot of fun. Eric and his girlfriend fund a greenway and it was really nice to ride on. Sunday I was mainly lazy but also helped at the adoption event. It was an usual adoption weekend. There were only 7 adoptions all weekend and none of them were kittens, they were all cats. That is so unusual but it was great to have that many adult cats adopted. Monday morning I went for a bike ride with my gfs. We did about 23 miles. This morning I did TTM extreme and boy did it kick my butt. I had to pause after the disc tabata section because those mountain climbers on the discs about did me in. Julie, your treadmill sounds so awesome. I don't usually like treadmills, but that sounds like one that I would like. Any time I try to run I am the same way - can hardly walk the next day. It's kind've annoying when you feel like you are in pretty good shape. Cheryl, congratulations on the job! That is pretty exciting. Hopefully the poor lonely kitten at the SPCA will be adopted this week. I took Adriana and Bianca in for their spay surgery yesterday, so all 5 of my kittens are adoption ready. Someone had applied for Carmela, but I left her a message and she never called me back. Have a great day!

Pam That would have been fun to be with your DH's family but I bet you would have been tired after all of that. That is unusual to only have cats adopted and not kittens but that is great that people wanted the older cats. Great work on TTM.

Saturday I did two dragon boat sessions, Sunday it was yoga and yesterday it was Athletic Training. It had been a long time since I had done it and I was dripping sweat after I was done. Last night I went dragon boating and it was so nice out. This morning it was Intensity and I was struggling to do it. So I only did part of the step portion and the low impact HiiT. I am going dragon boating again tonight with a team that I will be subbing for this weekend. It is the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival which is the biggest one in North America. It should be fun, I subbed for these guys last year.

This morning I did Live Pumped Upper Body. It was pretty good. She actually had more than just pullovers and rear flyes for back work and the core wasn’t awful but it did contain bike maneuver, reverse crunches, L-crunches, and leg chasers all of which are my worst. Of course that isn’t saying much since I am still not great at most core moves.

Pam Glad you had a great time and could find time to fit in some bike rides! That’s great that so many cats were adopted. DH and I have been really trying to adopt dogs or even senior dogs because they are so often overlooked. Great job no your 23 mile bike ride and TTM extreme (wow!)!

Cheryl Great job on your double shot of dragon boating, yoga, and AT! Good for you for lightening up on Intensity since you were struggling. That step portion is no joke and requires a lot of energy.

Julie Great job on Live PUB. I love your description that the core wasn't awful, but then you go on to mention several awful moves that it included! :D You guys have been so good about adopting older dogs! I think that is just awesome.

This morning for me was Ramped Up Upper Body. I haven't done much upper body in awhile so it was hard, but I made it through. Have a great day!

This morning I did Live Oh My Glutes! It was good but I felt my heart rate get up more than I felt anything in my glutes. Maybe it will hit me tomorrow. I also couldn’t go too deep in some of the side lunge moves because I strained my inner thigh the other day so maybe that would have made it better too. Definitely one I could see repeating. I am taking tomorrow off and going to try to get a bunch of housework done.

Pam Great job on RUUB! I think that even though the core in yesterday’s workout contained awful moves, she didn’t rep you out on them and moved through it quickly so that made it not so awful.

Cheryl Great job on PUB! Oh those pikes! Oh that is awesome you can keep volunteering if you want with having the other paid job. Have you already started that?

This morning it was CCC. That was tough and I had to modify some of the moves since my knees were bothering me. Then I went to the SPCA to make sure I could get into the computer systems and was shown where the online courses were that I need to do. So I am working through them now, it will take about 14 hours to get them all done. My first shift at the branch will be next Thursday to learn some things there.

Friday I did a run along Hanalei Bay in Kauai on the treadmill. I wish I had actually been there but the video was a close second. After that, I did lots of housework and gave all 3 dogs a bath and then ran some errands. Saturday I woke up with pain in my inner thigh radiating into my lower back so I decided to take the day off from working out. I did go to my mom’s and helped her put together a weight machine that hopefully she will start using to try to get some activity and muscle building. Sunday I was still in some pain so took the day off again. I was feeling better this morning so I did Live PHA 3. Cathe messed up and finished one of the rounds by leaving off the last upper body move. No one caught it!

Pam Great job on CF plus core! I didn’t spend quite my whole day off. I got about 1 and half hours of rest time sporadically before DH came home.

Cheryl Great job on CCC! That one is a toughie! Hope you got a good dent in the courses. 14 hours is a lot of coursework to do.
